I tried to begin something like this last week, but I was so down and out it was almost impossible. So this week starting tomorrow Thursday, October 6, 2011 to  Saturday, October 15, I am going begin my working out and eating healthy. My weight has began to impact my health and joy. I feel like Im just missing out on life! So after a long time of tryin and failing I know I can do it this time! My health is very important to me but it's been on the back burner for tooo long now! It's not just about loosing weight for me, but also improving the quality of my life! Instead of sitting in the house ALL the time I could be out playing with my children on the trampoline, or going for bike rides. During the winter time, I can take them sledding, and build snowmen with them. I wish I realized a long time ago how quickly time passes us, and that if your not careful you might regret not investing it in the right things. Laziness, complaining, living in the past, day dreaming about the future, the internet, addictions, and anything that prevents you from nurturing and spending time with your loved ones! They should be your number one priority. I realized that when I die I want my grave to read Beloved Wife and Mother, not She had a Nice Farm on Farmville!

THE GOAL
                   CURRENT WEIGHT- 170
                    END GOAL              - 120
EVERY 10 POUNDS ALLOW S ME A REWARD!
-10 = a back rub from my husband
-20 = a good face cream
-30 = a new hairstyle
-40= a new wardrobe
-50= a weekend getaway somewhere exciting and new!

THE PLAN
1. Write down and complete a daily chore
2. Spend 30 minutes daily doing aerobics
3. Spend 10-15 minutes daily doing toning exercises or strength trainin.. Possibly finding a chart to follow
4. Limit Carbs to 1 starch daily, 2 teaspoons of sugar daily, 2 fruits, unlimited greens!
5. Limit Beef to only 1 day a week, dark meat of poultury only 1 day a week- main protein sources from fish, eggs, eggwhites, chicken breast, beans, shakes, yogart, and nuts.
6. Drink 4 glasses of h2o daily
7. One vitamin!
